Key Responsibilities:

1.The Role will have focus working with Biopharma companies to sell products and to generate new business to achieve assign targets 2.Initiate cold calls to prospects within the assigned region 3.Initiate customers’ retention measures by building on customer relations 4.Collect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new business development 5.Responsible for timely catering to customer queries 6.Responsible for training, grooming and supporting the sales team to generate new business / new accounts 7.Responsible for Support marketing programs and programs in other territories as assigned by the Company and assume a leadership role in doing so Distribution Management 1.Liaising with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer orders 2.Responsible for raising Purchase Orders and Indent 3.Responsible for various activities related to control and monitor of the orders, dispatches to the end user .
